Job Title: Commercial Manager
Duty station: Kampala

Responsibilities:
• Understanding petroleum Market, Economic trends and applicable corporate governance issues.
• Monitoring of Business performance against score cards
• Developing feasible and practical solutions to identified challenges
• Visual management of performance
• Market and business intelligence coordination

Qualification and Experience:
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business related field;
• An MBA degree is considered to be an added advantage
• A minimum of 6 years’ experience in professional sales/marketing in the Petro-chemical industry or related field
• Strong practical computer and experience in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• People Management skills; good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good business and marketing skills
