Job Title: Finance Officer
Reports to: Goal Kalongo Programme Manager

General Description of the role:
Seeking to strengthen the finance and administration work in one of Goal’s Northern Uganda Programmes, we are looking for a competent person to provide financial support to the field operations in accordance with finance and procedures.

Essential Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in Commerce, or Bachelors in Management/ administration
• Post graduate qualification in Human Resource Management
• At least 3 years experience in a similar position, 2 of which should be with an NGO
• Proven willingness to live and work in an insecure rural environment

Desirable Requirements:
• Proven ability to effectively manage programmes and people
• Experience in designing and delivering training
• Keen to learn and develop skills

N.B salary Range for the position is 1.5-2.0 M
