Job Title: Research Associate
Job Location: BRAC Uganda country Offices

In this position, the ideal candidate will have the ability to conduct research without any supervision

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop a comprehensive evaluation plan, setting indicators, and determine method and frequency of data collection, to measure program impacts
• Provide guidance to the research associates
• Develop and carryout joint research agenda with partners in the field
• Analyzing and reporting data on the filed
• Track benefits to household economic and social wel being of farmers
• Organize research dissemination workshops

Qualifications:
• Master degree in economics or any other related field
• 3+ years of proven research experience in the field after masters graduation
• Must have experience on various statistical software packages; SPSS and STATA
• Proven experience in research design and various methods
• Strong communication, interpersonal and team-building skills
• Proven ability to coordinate with projects staffs and partners
