Job Title: Director of Finance and Administration
The Director of finance and administration will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of UVRI- IAVI’s resource management and wil lead an internal team which supports finance, business planning and budgeting, human resources, administration and IT

Reports to: Executive Director

Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute towards UVRI-IAVI’s strategic planning processes in order to ensure sufficient to accomplish strategic and tactical objectives
• Lead the finance & administrative teams in a manner that empowers them to deliver excellent customer service and high standards
• Assist and support the Executive Director in ensuring the financial wellbeing and viability of UVRI-IAVI

Qualifications and Requirements:
• University Degree in financial Management/ Business Administration is preferred a masters degree in finance/ business administration is an added advantage
• ACCA/ CA stage 1 completed
• Strong conceptual and analytical thinking
• At least 3 years experience in a senior financial management position
