Job Title: Treasury Sales Manager
Reports to: Chief Manager Treasury
Role: to manage treasury client Portifolio with the objective of securing and increasing the Bank’s share in the market as per the Bank’s treasury management policies
Key Result Areas:
• Plan and implement an effective relationship management system for treasury customers in line with the banks customer service strategy
• Market and sell Bank’s treasury products to potential and existing customers and generate daily sales performance reports as per set targets and regulatory framework
• Collect and compile data from the market place for effective market intelligence with a view to understand competition vis a vis cost/ revenue driver
Required Education Qualifications:
• An honors degree in commerce, business administration, economics and other relevant courses from a recognized university
• Post graduate qualification’s in Banking/ financial Management or other relevant field
Required competences and experience
• At least 3 years hands on experience at management level in a sales section in a reputable commercial bank
• Ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of financial sector and economic of the bank
• Marketing and selling skills
• Knowledge of all treasury products both forex and money market
• Analytical skills with an immense ability to decipher both old and new information for purpose of treasury product pricing and cross selling of Bank’s products
