Job Title: Water Officer
Reports to: senior engineer

Key Activities:
• Collaborating with other technical officers and water providers to ensure equitable and planned distribution of water
• Supervising the installation of safe and clean water facilities for the purpose of ensuring adequate hygiene to the community
• Providing technical advise to the relevant authorities on water related issues

Person Specifications:
• A honors bachelors degree in civil/ water/ public Health engineering or the equivalent in the water Development disciplines
• Skills in designing of water schemes.
• Contracts management skills
• Negotiation, mobilization and interpersonal relationship skills
