Job Title: Systems Development and Training Coordinator
Reports to: The Project Manager, Health and Logistics Management

Key Accountabilities:
• Development and implementation of robust supply chain management processes, systems and tools
• Quality reviews for compliance with the SCM processes and identification of areas for implement

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor of Pharmacy, post Graduate qualification in systems design especially supply chain of health commodities or MBA.
• 4-5 years of professional experience in procurement, quantification, forecasting and distribution
• Systems, processes, and tools development and implementation
• Experience as a trainer of at least 2 years

Skills and competencies:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good presentation skills
• Good Report writing skills
