Job Title: Receptionist/ Front Desk Officer
Reports to Public Relations Officer
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Receive and pass on messages and orders, using both linguistics and non-linguistic terms of expression;
• Answer calls from NEMA clients
• Make office calls
• Handle in coming and out going mail
• Handle visitors/ clients of NEMA
• Handle the computer switch board and ensure that usage print outs are generated and circulated
Qualifications:
• Degree in office management, social Sciences or Secretarial Studies
• Training in secretarial, customer service and computer skills is a must
Experience:
5 years experience in a similar field in a busy organization
Key Competencies:
• Oral and written communication skills
• Good knowledge of computer management and applications
• High standard of integrity
• Good interpersonal skills
• High level of confidentiality
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Age: 30-40 years
