Job Title: Credit Manager
Reports to: General Manager

Main Responsibility:
The Credit Manager Position is accountable for the entire credit process with the goal of ensuring efficiency and reliability in the process

General Responsibilities:
• Provide for ongoing training for the staff and oil palm farmers
• Manage relations with the different stake holders
• Continually review and recommend changes in the credit policy to senior management
• Manage the oil palm farmers’ credit files
• Monitor the credit granting and recovery process
• Monitor periodic credit reviews

Desired Qualifications:
• A bachelors Degree in Business discipline with 5+ years of experience working with credit institution at senior level

Key Competencies:
• Have a thorough knowledge of credit- related laws
• Computer literate with proven skills in using MS Office
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and commitment to duty
• Team player with a high level of integrity and good interpersonal skills
