Job Title: Project Facilitator, UKNO Water Supply Project- (2 Posts)
Key Result Areas:
• Lead implementation of project interventions at district and community level based on the project documents
• Take a lead role in the promotion of project approaches inclusive of education governance
• Conduct regular project administrative activities including writing and modification of Project Outlines plus updating and generation of PPM Reports
• Promote networking of groups and integration of programs to strengthen linkage both internally and externally
Essential Skills and Competencies:
• Bachelor Degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, Development studies or relevant Field
• At least 3 years in direct implementation of water and Sanitation projects in rural areas
• Knowledge of Uganda WASH sector guidelines/ standards on rural water supply development and the operation and maintenance framework
• Demonstrated abilities in planning and coordination
• Excellent facilitation skills including facilitation of children and youth
