CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES (3)

Applicants must have:

A relevant Bachelor’s Degree
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
Adequate product and service knowledge

Duties and Responsibilities:

To ensure that requests received from Account Relationship Managers or customers are handled correctly and promptly.
To receive all customer correspondence and respond appropriately
To promptly enter customer data into the system and process customer requests from the ARMs and follow up these requests until completion
To ensure correct and accurate data entry into the system for existing services and follow the right procedure for other services so as to ensure correct billing
To compile an excel sheet of all services provided and modified and send it together with the hard copies to the records section for filing
To balance and reconcile all landline & GSM top-up done and submit daily reports to the Supervisor
To make verification calls for all new service requests and follow-up calls to customers
To ensure that feedback is given to both the Customer and the Account Relationship Managers
To provide Daily and weekly reports to the line managers and other relevant stake holders
To provide Basic technical support and fault resolution to walk-ins and our managed accounts

The successful candidates will demonstrate:

Excellent telephone etiquette skills
Exceptional PC troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Well organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
Time management skills
Flexibility and willingness to work long hours
