Job Title: Communications Manager
Reports to: Deputy Marketing and Communications Director

Duties and responsibilities:
• Provide technical leadership in the area of HIV BCC/IPC matters to the community Mobilization Coordinators and PLP Coordinators
• Train, mentor and provide technical assistance to community Based Organizations on the implementation of HIVBCC activities
• Prepare documents such as implementation guidelines that highlight strategic direction following a programmic review or decisions made after a review of new research

Qualifications and Competencies:
• Bachelors Degree in Communications, Anthropology, Social Sciences or related field
• Advanced degree preferred
• 3 years experience developing communication materials
• Experience in supervising teams
