Job Title: District Natural Resources Officer
Reports to: Chief Administrative Officer
Main Purpose:
To coordinate, manage and ensure sustainable exploitation and conservation of Natural Resources in the District

Person Specifications:
• An Honors Bachelor of Science Degree in any of the natural sciences ( Forestry, Wetlands and Environmental and land management) plus a post-graduate Diploma in Management studies from a recognized institution
• At least 9 years of experience in natural resources management 3 of which should have been gained at principal level
• Should have management, teamwork, communication and ability to coach and develop subordinates

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the post in the district Service. Applications should be submitted in triplicate on PSC Form No.3 to the Secretary, District Service Commission, P.O Box 1, Kiboga

The application forms are obtainable from the District Service commission, Public Service commission or district personnel Officers. Hand written applications are also acceptable. Applicants should attach photocopies of their certificates and testimonials plus a recent certified passport size photograph to each of the three application forms or letters
