Job Title: Project Coordinator (women protection centers)
Location : Head Office –Kampala

Key Results Areas
Provide leadership in implementation of project activities in 8 women protection centers in Amuru , katakwi, kumi,kween,bwaise mubende ,Nebbi and Palisa
Key Result Areas
Develop project work plans and review them to meet changing needs and requirements in line with project guidelines
Supervise implementation partners , legal officers , councilors , project officers counselors and coalition in the various women protection centers
Manage and submit quarterly, bi annual and annual progress and financial reports inline with organizational and project guidelines
Analyze and document project guidelines
Establish and maintain working relations learned for shared learning
Represent the organization in key stake holders , for a , workshops and meetings related to the project to raise the profile of the organization
Attend to any other relevant project duties as may be assigned by the line manager

Qualification
A minimum of an honor degree in development studies , social sciences or law from a recognized university
A relevant post graduate qualification and training in human rights based approaches Law , Gender , project planning and management , monitoring and evaluation is an added advantage
At least 3-4 years of relevant working experience from a recognized institution / organization

Planning, monitoring and evaluation
Documentation and reporting
Financial management
Good interpersonal skills
