Job Title: Public Works Officer- Abim
Essential Requirements:
• Technical undergraduate degree, preferably Civil or Structural Engineering or its equivalent
• Proven professional experience or technical background with at least 3 years experience in Engineering
• Proven working experience in implementing labor intensive community projects
• Good people skills- communication, motivation, leadership
• Ability to plan, manage a complex and busy work load
• Ability to ride or willingness to learn to ride a motor cycle

Desirable Requirements
• Knowledge and skills in road construction, small scale irrigation and water harvesting
• Ability to work as a part of a diverse team irrespective of ethnicity, gender or age and adhere to the ethos and values of the project
• Fluency in English
