Job Title: Assistant Records Officer
Reports to: Personnel Officer

Qualifications:
A level certificate with a diploma in record and information management, records management and computer skills are required
Age: 21 and above

Duties:
• Receiving, opening, classifying and filing information or correspondences for security purposes
• Routing correspondences to officers responsible for action



How to Apply;
Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill the vacant posts that exist in Luuka Local Government
Applicants should fill in application forms in triplicate and attach 3 pass port size photographs and all relevant photocopies of academic certificates, certified copies of their certificates and transcripts

The application forms can be obtained from offices of Secretaries of District Service Commission or Public Service Commission
The complete application should be submitted to the Secretary District Service Commission Luuka, P.O Box 443 Iganga District
