Job Title: Clerk Assistant
Reports to: Town clerk

Qualifications:
• Should have an honors bachelors degree in Arts, social sciences, social work and social administration or business administration
• Bachelor of management sciences or any other relevant equivalent qualification with HRM or Personnel Management as one of the subjects from a recognized institution or University and managerial communication and counseling skills

Age: 21 and above

Duties:
• Arranging for council and committee sessions
• Communicating schedules of council and committee sessions and ensure circulation of relevant documents
• Preparing the agenda and take minutes of council and committee sessions
• Communicating council or committee resolutions to the responsible officers

Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill the vacant posts that exist in Luuka Local Government
Applicants should fill in application forms in triplicate and attach 3 pass port size photographs and all relevant photocopies of academic certificates, certified copies of their certificates and transcripts
