Job Title: Secretariat Administrator
Duty Station: Kampala Uganda
The Secretariat Administrator shall be required to the following
• Develop projects as directed by ICOB Governing Board
• Supervise implementation of ICOB projects
• Prepare and keep the Organization’s Financial Records
• Communicate to ICOB Members on ICOB plans and activities
• Maintain ICOB Website
Qualifications:
ICOB prefers a person with the following skills and Experience:
• A minimum of Bachelors degree in a field such as ICT, Community Development, Development Studies, project planning and Management
• A minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
• Working knowledge of Project planning and report writing
• Strong financial, planning and budget management skills and experience
• People management skills
• Planning and organizing skills
