Job Title: Principal
Responsibilities and Tasks
• Plan all activities of the Training Institute and ensure that the vision and mission of the Institution is achieved
• Enforce the professional code of conduct on all teachers in accordance with the laws, regulations and other provisions
• Coordinate existing programmes in the training Institute and recommend new ones in line with the organizational objectives
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the Executive Director

Minimum Qualifications, Competences and Experience
• Only ladies of 35-50 years of age are encouraged to apply
• A masters degree in Educational Management
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Must have served in the education service for at least 10 years and three years at a managerial level
