Job Title: Principal Personnel Officer,
Ref No: DSC/ KAB/01/2012

Minimum Qualifications:
• An Honors Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or Social Work and Social Sciences or Arts from a recognized university
• A post graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or public administration and Management from a recognized University/ Institution
• Possession of a masters Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or Public Administration

Experience:
• Six years of professional working experience 3 of which should have been at a Senior Human Resource Management level in a public or reputable organization

Duties:
• Undertake Administrative duties to facilitate the effective operation of the District Service Commission (DSC)
• Recording minutes of the meetings of the DSC
• Keep safe custody of records of the DSC
• Communicate the decision of the DSC to the relevant authorities
