Qualifications and Experience:
• A Bachelors Degree in Agriculture or Agri-business
• Five years working experience in related field, farm management and running of a profitable agricultural business
He/She should have the following key competencies
Extensive knowledge of farming principles, techniques, methods and systems; community mobilization skills; ability to work for long hours and under minimum supervision; ability to provide training to farm workers on new methods and systems
