Job Title: Monitoring & Evaluation/ Quality Assurance Manager
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Location: UWESO Head Office

Key Tasks

• To develop and continually update the organization M&E management information systems to enure accurate data collection, analysis, storage and reporting
• To monitor progress of implementation to ensure quality and guide management by carrying out continuous and/or periodic field monitoring visits and ensure production of quality reports

Desired qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in statistics,/ quantitative economics
• Experience in qualitative as well as quantitative data analysis and dissemination
• A minimum of 3-5 years work experience as a monitoring & evaluation/ quality assurance manager
