Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Job Summary:
The Maintenance Supervisor manages and coordinates the maintenance process within the location ensuring that maintenance process within the location ensuring that maintenance tasks are perfomed efficiently, as needed by operations and as per the segment Maintenance Standard

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

• Is responsible for managing the training of maintenance staff
• Oversees the selection and probation period staff
• Ensures that maintenance staff standards and complies with company's rules and regulations

Qualifications:

• BSc in Engineering or Technical school
• Minimum 5 years of experience  as a technician
• Knowledge of repair maintenance of state-of-the-art drilling and surveying technologies
