Job  Title;Delivery  Channels  Supervisor

FINCA  is looking for  a  Delivery Channels Supervisor  to be based at  Head  Office, Kampala.  The position is a member of the  Operations department .  Reporting to the  operations , the position purpose is to  develop and integrate  multiple delivery channels  to serve FINCA’s  customers ,  expanding access to financial services  and supporting  business growth and out reach .
Key result areas;
-Liaison  with Customer  Support Centre , branch  customers / staff to identity  and  implement  innovations through  branch service delivery
-Relationship  management of internal  stakeholders /third party  service providers  and monitoring   of service level agreements  SLA’s  to ensure  quality service  and support for the  bank’s POS services
-Relationship, management  of third party  service provider and  monitoring of service level  agreements   SLAs  to ensure quality service  and support for the interwitch   ATM  network
-Oversight for  customer  ad optional   of ATM   channel in conjunction  with regional and branch managers

Ideal Profile;
-A degree in Business  Administration ,or  Commerce , Professional qualifications is an added advantage .
-At  least 6 years working experience  in a recognized micro finance  institution  or commercial bank, with at least four years experience  as an operations /POS  supervisor
-Strong knowledge in banking   operations
- Proactive and logical skills
