Reconciliation Supervisor Job Vacancy at FINCA in Uganda

Job Title; Payments  and Reconciliation supervisor
FINCA  is looking for a  Payments  and  Reconciliation Supervisor  to be based at  Head  Office , Kampala.  The position is a member of the operations department .  S/he will oversee  the settlement and  reconciliation  of  payment transactions   and general account  proofing  to ensure the bank  receives  timely and appropriate  values,  while minimizing   payments exposures.

Key Results  Areas;
-Indipendent   timely   reconciliation  of all settlement  transactions
-Monthly proofing  of all  general  internal  ledger accounts
-Manage  all   clearing activities  to ensure appropriate funds
-Daily review  and reconciliation of loans  payables

Ideal Profile;
-A  degree in Business  Administration  or  Commerce , Professional  qualifications is an added advantage .
-At  least  4 years experience  in a recognized  micro finance institution  or commercial bank , with at least two years experience   in  Bank  office  operations staff /Branch  Accountant
-Proactive and logical  skills
-Strong internal skills
