Duties and Responsibilities:
Setup of new Desktops
New Printer and Replacements
Replacement of Desktops
Replacement of Printers
Hardware Maintenance and Repairs of Desktops
Hardware maintenance and repair of Printers
Physical Disposal of Desktops
Physical Disposal of Printers
Computer specification forms signed by users Desktops and monitors
Computer equipment movement & Relocation form – Desktops & Monitors
In charge of all desktops in IT Workshop
SCCM administration
SMS OS Image creation of applications using MDT2010
Exhibition support
Regional Service Center support
General hardware management
General Software Support and management on client computers after escalation when necessary
Blackberry backup/support
Qualifications:
4 years experience and above in a busy corporate environment.
Training on MS products like Windows and Server
MCSE
MS Soultions i.e. Operating Systems and management tools.
Knowledge:
Active Directory Management
Windows Client Installation and Maintenance
Antivirus Administration
Knowledge of SCCM/SCOM
Ability to work with service desk
