 Job Title: Advisor- Human Rights and Accountability
Description of Services
The Advisor, Human Rights and Accountability will provide advisory services and technical guidance necessary for the successful implementation of the strategic investment plan with specific regard to Outcome 3 on Human Rights and accountability as follows
•    Develop researched strategies for effective implementation of the Human Rights and Accountability programmes
•    Provide technical support to the development of action plans and budgets for accountability and human rights based approaches
•    Provide technical support and advise to the sector management structures and sector and institutions on the implementation of JLOS Anti-corruption Strategy

Qualifications and Experience:
•    The successful candidate should have:-
•    A masters degree in Law or Human Rights and Good governance from a recognized university
•    A good understanding of international and comparative human rights and contemporary issues in human rights and the implementation of international and regional human rights instruments

Skills
•    Proficiency in the use of standard computer software, including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software
•    Excellent analytical skills
•    Excellent research, report writing and presentation skills
