Job Title: Fleet Controller
Purpose of Position:

The Fleet Controller is responsible for the overall management of the efficiency of the primary distribution fleet in terms of vehicle utilization, cost efficiency, image, maintenance, health & safety and asset management

Key Resposibilities

• Manage the RBCL workshop and 3rd party technical resources to ensure that work is carried out in compliance with quality requirements and established timelines
• Manage resources including permanent and temporally RBCL workshop staff, to ensure that work is carried out in compliance quality requirements and established timelines
• Assist with procurement of spare parts

Requirements:

• Advanced mechanical knowledge
• Basic understanding of fleet management
•  Basic knowledge of tire management
• Basic Fleet auditing skills
• Basic Knowledge of Human Resources Management and supervision
• Good administration skills
•  Advanced numerical skills
