Job Title: Senior Manager Research, Monitoring & Evaluation

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage the RM&E team through setting a vision, strategic objectives and priorities
• Improve Communication and Coordination
• Provide proactive strategic and tactical advice to MSU's Senior Management Team R, M&E related matters
• Provide and facilitate the provision of research technical support to MSU team members
•  Lead the growth of the new MIS function within MSU
