Job Title: Field Officer- Good Governance project
Reports to: Program Coordinator
Key Result Areas
- Initiate, coordinate and participate in needs assessment, conducting baseline surveys and identification of target groups
- Ensure, coordinate and guide in community mobilization and sensitization as well as the delivery of project inputs/ materials, training and capacity building services to the target groups
- A degree in governance and democracy, social sciences, development studies, Adult and community education or related field of study with one years experience in good governance work, human rights, advocacy
- strong computer skills
- Good communication, interpersonal, team work and community facilitation skill
