Job Title: Quality Specialist
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct specialized analysis
• Training and development of lab techinicians
• Custodian of lab instruments
• provide technical advice, Audit , and coaching 
• maintain equipment
• Promote quality excellence in the value chain 

Person Specifications:

• Bachelor of science in Micro/Biochemistry or diploma in analytical/ microbioloBiology
• Prior Lab experience
• Knowledge of brewing/ packaging process
• Knowledge of QC testing techniques and procedures
