Job Title: Child Sponsorship and Development Facilitator
Reports to: Programme Manager

Purpose of the Position:
Provide technical support and coordination to sponsorship management/ operations in the cluster so as to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in key performance indicator

Key Result Areas

• Provide technical support and leadership in the implementation of partnership initiatives
• Guide the cluster in implementing sponsorship in a manner that brings about Transformational Development
• Provide technical support in the development, implementation and monitoring of sponsorship staff operations and management in the cluster 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Must have at least a degree in  a degree in Database Systems, Information Systems or Information Technology 
• Proven IT knowledge, skills and experience in database management for 2 years or more
• Must have good interpersonal communication skills
