Job Title: National Technical Coordinator
- Advanced degree in energy related economics, Engineering, finance, business, or other closely related field
- Experience managing and implementing complex donor-funded clean energy projects and working collaboratively with a broad range of government officials, international donors,and private sector stakeholders
- Extensive knowledge of energy finance, policy, and governance issues in Uganda highly desired
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrable competence in leadership, client relations, and project and contract management
