Job Title: Manager, Agriculture (SBG 11)
Reports to: Head, Agriculture in Business Banking

Job Purpose:
To grow and retain a portfolio  of Agricultural commercial and business banking relationships by performing a proactive, mobile, value adding financial partnership role, ensuring that close personal attention is given to providing full array of customized financial solutions and services tailored to meet the growth needs and potential of the portfolio

Key Accountabilities:

• Promoting, selling and structuring a wide and diverse range of financial solutions customized to best meet the financial needs of agriculture related customers
• Identifying and taking ownership of sales leads generated for associate Group Company stakeholders
• Mining and analyzing customer data to identify and plan for expansion and/ or additional business opportunities

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

• Graduate preferably  BSc Agric (Economics) or B Com (Agric) Honors with at least 4 years of relevant agricultural market experience 
• Clear understanding of the agriculture market, the economic factors which influence it and the needs of the business sector
• Clear understanding of agriculture value proposition and delivery strategy
