Job Title: Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

The Ideal candidate should be experienced in financial management, business processes and organizational planning and should be able to work independently with no supervision. this person must have strong leadership skills, well organized, flexible and able to work independently with no supervision.

Must have:

• Masters degree in business Administration or any related field
• Managerial level experience in an investment company or group of companies with at least 5 years in financial and operational management of business
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in MS office and functional knowledge or practical application of various ERP systems
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and communication

Key Responsibilities:

• Under the direction of the CEO provide strategic vision, planning and operational leadership to ensure that the group's investiments compete in global economy and increase shareholder value
• Overall operational management and control which entails monitoring and in some cases direct involvement in the operations of companies, participation in designing of policies and procedures and ensure effectiveness thereof
