A centre that helps hundreds of young people to maintain their sexual and reproductive health needs your support. You will strengthen monitoring and evaluation systems to enable accurate reporting, program planning and continuous improvement.
Naguru Teenage Information & Health Centre is a drop-in centre that offers STD diagnosis and treatment, family planning services, pregnancy testing, counselling and peer education.
On a daily basis, the centre assists 80-100 adolescents, with further client support provided through a toll-free hotline.
The centre is seeking an AVID volunteer to work within its monitoring & evaluation department. The assignment will focus on improving systems and tools; enhancing the functionality of the current online information management system; and providing tailored training to staff members in monitoring & evaluation processes.
This is a volunteer assignment under the Australian Volunteers for International Development (AVID) program, an Australian Government, AusAID initiative. Airfares, living allowances, accommodation, insurance and other support is provided through the program.
