 Have a Bachelor’s Degree of at least Second Class Upper Division in Computer Engineering obtained from recognized Institution of Higher Learning.
 Computer Skills
 Be able to support planning and conducting lectures in two (2) or more of the following areas:
Structured Programming, Object Oriented Programming, Event
