Job Title: Research and Knowledge Manager

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
•    Develop a knowledge sharing strategy within the research unit and the Brac uganda office
•    Organize and facilitate monthly research team meetings
•    Revise and edit research department reports and working papers
•    Develop and maintain the reasearch department’s  web presence

Qualifications/ Requirements:
•    Minimum Masters Degree in development Studies , social sciences, or related discipline
•    At least 5 years of work experience in a research capacity or with a development organization
•    Proven track record of excellent written pieces in popular media
•    Familiality with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
