Job Title: Research Associate
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
•    Conceptualizing and managing research projects using either qualitative, or quantitative methodology
•    Manage a team of research assistants and follow up on their activities
•    Ensure compliance of the research design
•    Communicate with programmes to share research findings
Qualifications/ Requalifications:
•    At least Bachelors degree in any social science discipline but masters degree would be of added advantage
•    At least 5 years of work experience in research capacity
•    Excelent analytical skills
•    Ability to work to work under tight deadline
