Job Title: Human Resource and Administration Manager
Reports to: Executive Director
Key Responsibilities:
•    Provision of Administrative services
•    Maintain the Human Resource Information System and generate the required management reports as and when required
•    Initiate and manage staff exit programmes in line with the Human Resource manual
•    Assist in the procurement of services and goods
Minimum Qualifications:
•    Masters degree in Human Resource practitioner handling the human resource and administrative duties
•    Must be proficient in MS office packages
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills
