Senior Position reporting directly to the finance Controller

Main Job Responsibilities:

• In charge of budget elaboration in conjuction with cost control, accounting and technical/ support departments.
•  Ensure regular review of the  estimate Final Cost (EFC) and budget in accordance with the budget timetable and monitor and report the budget perforamance.
• Prepare reports for JV partners and government authority meetings as well as liaise with JV partners for budget and performance Reviews. 
• Attend to queries from Government authorities, auditors
