Job Title:  Technical Advisor
Answerable to the Executive Director

Responsibilities:

• Identify expert technical assistance as requested by partners, the NTLP, USTP officers and all affiliated projects
• Coordinate, facilitate and maintain knowledge of TB control approaches and trends
• Screen proposals and membership , financial or any other requests to the partnership

Required Skills and Experience:

• Competence in designing  TB and TB/HIV programmatic strategies
• Background in M&E health programmes
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Education:

• MBCHB degree or equivalent from a recognized institution
• Post graduate qualifications in public health or community health or Epidemiology
