Job Title: Director for Operations

University Research  Co, LLC  a US  -based  public health  organization  working in Uganda.

Responsibilities

Work plan  development  and implementation ;

• Participate in  work  plan  development  and tracking  meetings  (annual  and  quarterly ) with the entire  project  team.
• Jointly , with Senior Management  Team , coordinate  program  implementation , including  effective  provision  of  administrative  and logistic  support to  hospital  based  and other  field  activities.
• Work closely with  DCOP  to ensure  that all supplies  for  hospitals  and laboratories  are purchased  and delivered  on  a regular  basis and to avoid  stock-outs

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in  Business Administration , Project Management  or  related field
• 5-7  years  experience  working in a business  environment  with demonstrated  operational  experience  and high  level  of responsibility and integrity
• Knowledge and /or  experience  with public health  programs  in  developing  countries  is desirable
