Job summary/key responsibilities
This position will be responsible for providing overall technical leadership to the project;including managing all aspects of project implementation; through liaison with implementing partners and other field staff; preparing and maintaining of reports; providing overall responsibility for the day to day operations including finance, administration and procurement; coordination and accountability of project activities and resource utilization.

Essential Experience
Previous experience of working in an NGO with 5 years in a coordination position in the areas of Child rights, psychosocial support, community rehabilitation, trauma support, mental health; post conflict social protection.
Experience working in local government systems, managing private/public partnerships.
Essential Skills and Knowledge
Proven ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent organizational skills with ability to coordinate activities.
Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally.
Qualifications
A degree in Social work, Social sciences, Development studies or a related field of study.
A post graduate qualification in project management will be an added advantage.
