Job Title: Internal Auditor
A fast growing  Commercial Bank  in Uganda  seeks to recruit  suitable  qualified ,experienced and competent  persons to join  its high performing teams  to fill  available vacancies  in its establishment .
Main Purpose
•    Manage the Internal  audit  function effectively to  ensure quality  of service  as  laid down by the  policy/procedures  and to  recommend  improvements  to the  controls and procedures in order to safeguard against  waste, fraud and  avoidable loss.
•     Conduct  continuous, monthly, quarterly  and half yearly audits as  necessary for all  branches and head  office departments.
Competencies
•    Degree in a relevant field  with specification  in either Commerce, Economics, Business  Administration and Finance.
•    Professional  qualification  in accounting , such  as CPA, ACCA  or equivalent will be  added advantage.
•    Proficiency  in Microsoft Office Applications.
•    Minimum of  2 years  experience  in Internal  Audit/Compliance /Control function in a financial Institution or in a  professional auditing firm.
