Requirements
•    Honors  degree  in Humanities
•    Post graduate qualification  in a management  related discipline
•    Minimum of five years  work experience  3 of which at a senior  management level
•    Human Resource management  knowledge  is a plus
•    Computer  literacy is a must
•    Must have  demonstrated skills in proposal writing and  conceptual analysis
•    Age: 30-50 years
