Key Result Areas
•    Draft and submit for  review proposals for  conducting the  Banks research  studies and  or  surveys.
•    Supervise and conduct the Banks customer,  market, brand  and product  based  surveys to facilitate informed decision  making by  management.

Qualifications
•    Bachelors degree  in Business  Administration , Economics,   Statistics, Mathematics  , or  relevant  sciences
•    Post graduate qualification, added advantage .
