Duties
•    Manage and oversee  the affairs  of the  Consortium  Secretariat
•    Prepare Consortium  business plans , annual  work  plans , and budgets  to meet  Consortium  goals
•    Mobilize  resources  for the  activities  of the Consortium

•    High  level  of  confidence  in relating  with policy  makers
•    Excellent  planning , budgeting  and reporting  skills
•    Self-motivated , dynamic, and  out-put oriented
