Job Title: Assistant  Community Development  Officer
Karilo   District Local  Government  is inviting  suitable  qualified applicants  for the vacant position above
Main Purpose
•    To  uplift the social and economic  welfare  of  localities  in a  sub-county.
Key  functions
•    To  mobilize  communities  in a  sub-county to participate in  developing  programs  and  projects
•    To  Train communities  on  improving  their social  and economic status ;
•    To  Advocate  for and  promoting the interests  and  rights of  disadvantaged groups  within the sub-county.
Qualifications
•    Should have a diploma in social  work and social  administration, Development studies  from a recognized  awarding institution.
Competencies
•    Projects  planning
•    Running  effective  meetings;
