Drivers Jobs at Karilo District Local Government in Uganda

Job Title: Driver
Karilo   District Local  Government  is inviting  suitable  qualified applicants  for the vacant position above
Main Purpose
•    To drive and  maintain local  government  vehicles  in accordance  with the transport  policy and as directed  by the supervising officer
Key Functions
•    To drive vehicles for official duty   and   assignments
•    To carry out  basic  maintenance  and cleanliness of the vehicle
•    To report major  technical  mechanical faults  to the  supervising  officer
Qualifications
•    Should have a minimum  of Uganda  certificate of Education  (UCE)
•    Valid  Driving  permit of class B or C.
Competencies
•    Basic knowledge  of  mechanical and vehicle  maintenance
•    Clean driving record
